Thank you for your interest in officiating the 2022 Lakota FC Midwest Fall Cup! FOR ALL APPLICATIONS, PLEASE EMAIL RANDY CLARK AT MIDWESTFALLCUPASSIGNOR@GMAIL.COM. In the email it is fine to let me know about your experience; for example, this year I worked, A, B and C tournaments (with whatever detail you’d like). But what is essential is along the lines of the following. I am comfortable Centering boys thru 13 and girls thru 14; I can AR any age. --OR— I am an AR only and only thru age 12. Keep a record of the availability you provide me. If your availability changes, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE inform me by using the contact form provided on every email I send thru the web site. Do not use my personal email addresses unless it is an emergency within 72 hours of the tournament. This causes a duplication of effort. Failure to notify myself about a change in availability, double booking yourself for games, or failure to show up for an accepted game could result in removal from further assignments and a referral to Ohio South for Ethics Violations. Do not assume I have received any communication from you unless I respond. That is, if you send me an email and/or voicemail, and I do not respond, do not assume I have received it. Contact me again if I do not respond in a timely manner. ABOVE ALL COMMUNICATE. Please also provide a time frame if your availability is limited in that manner. For example: I can start at 10 am and must be done by 4 pm. If you do not give me a time frame I will assume you are available all day for the days you put in availability. Please make sure you provide your cell phone number. If you wish to work with a specific crew, make sure they register and list the same crew. They will not be assigned unless they register on a timely basis. If they do not list you, then you are merely telling me whom you’d like to work with. If you affiliated with a team playing in this tournament (Coach/Parent/etc.); You will likely not receive initial match assignments from me as it is very difficult to assign officials around a personal game schedule. However, you will have the option to pick up games on the open game list, once it is posted. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER FOR COMMUNICATION IF YOU APPEAR TO NOT BE RECEIVING ANY. YOU HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED. IT IS NOT THE FAULT OF THE TOURNAMENT OR REFEREE ASSIGNOR IF YOU FAIL TO CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER FOR MISSED VITAL COMMUNICATION ABOUT THE TOURNAMENT.
